Sarcasm?

Hmm... I posted on facebook at around 4.50pm:

Hearing != Listening. Saying != Meaning. Looking != Seeing. Nothing is going right today... Wonder how today will end...

And he told me this on MSN at around 5.20pm:

Sarcasm, or coincidence? I hope it's coincidence... Lol...

So long since I last posted anything...

Haha~ A lot happened, and I dunno what to post... Hmm~ I think a quote ba... Since nothing to update (Lazy)...

People say truth hurts, but I think untruths hurt worst... But amongst this two, the utmost worst is not found... It's those half truths that hurts the most...

My explanation of that quote...

Truths hurts because the bare facts are laid out for you to see. It's definite, with no room left for those tiny hopes, ifs, and maybes... When something is set in stone, it takes a lot to change it... Decades and decades of erosion, before a tiny layer off the surface is even minutely changed...

However, untruths, or lies, hurt worst because they were told with the intention of deceiving us... And, these lies were told usually carrying either of this two reasons; self-protection or protecting our feelings. Neither is worst than the other, because both hurts like hell... In matters of the liar protecting themselves, we see how much we matter in their eyes... We are deemed to be hurtful, thus resulting in their need for self-preservation when around us... How is that for friendship or whatever relationship, for that matter... Why would anyone hurt anyone else on purpose if they hold any sort of positive relationship? Are we to be looked upon as someone that's maniacal or insane to go around hurting people? I leave that for you to decide...

Also, when lies are told, false hopes are given... It's as good as preventing an accident, only to make the incident a larger accident, like preventing a glass cup from dropping from the table and shattering, then raising the said cup high above your head only to bring it down crashing into smithereens yourself... While the cup lasts longer, it will still come down, with a harder impact, because someone you trusted lied to you...

With that said, why do half truths hurt the most then? Half truths are exactly as the name says... A mixture of truths and lies... It's worst because the lies are more convincing, and when it gets exposed, people no longer know whether or not to trust you... Your words are like sweet poison... It contains just enough truth, as the poison, but with even more lies to sweeten it, ensnaring the victim with enough sad truths, but also enough false hope to continue... In the beginning, it may seem to be the best thing to say, but then you will need to spin more and more half truths to support it... With the worst of both side, it's no wonder why this is the utmost worst, isn't it?

But, falling sick soon... I think these few days eat too much 盐酥鸡 and other fried food le... (T^T)

Sore Throat and Cough... If really kenna the inflamed tonsils again, maybe must consider removing the tonsils le... Skali I sound different after removing it... LOL!

Halfway typing this, I went to do something else... Like 20 minutes break... Lol~

Usually, when I'm at my laptop table in the living room, I will use the fan at speed 2... Now, it's running at speed 1, and I'm feeling cold... Like shiverish cold.. And no, it's not raining... Omg... I don't want to fall majorly sick... (>w<)

I drank Chrysanthemum Tea (boiled from the flowers hor, not Yeo's), and ate 1 Strepsils already... And, I also drank a packet of the Sugar Cane and Water Chestnut drink that Karen recommended the previous time in the afternoon today...

Just checked temperature... 37.2º now... Hopefully won't increase... =(

Our Sandwich! With a soup from the Combo... I think this one is Sky's... My sandwich and Sky's Sandwich look alike, cuz of the lettuce... Lol... But Sky's sandwich is the one with soup within the tray... Haha... And, that's Cheese Broccoli Soup... I think... Lol... I just remember that there's Cheese and Broccoli in the name... And, that Sandwich is called the Honey Bourbon Chicken, I think... Anyway, it's nice... Btw, my Sandwich was Mesquite Chicken... We didn't take a picture cuz it looks the same... I had Chicken Noodle Soup...

And, this is Ah Boy's Spicy Beef Sandwich... Yummy... And not spicy at all... LOL!

And here are the different sauces...From the top, it's Honey Mustard, some Radish sauce which smells like Wasabi, Pickles, Red Wine Vinegar-like sauce, and Jalapeno Chilli... I like everything, except the Wasabi-like sauce and the chilli... Lol~

Ok... Now the good things are up, it's time for the bad things...

Sian... Some might know that I've been trying to save up, since I always overspend, without saving a single cent is something that should be stopped... And, thus far, having changed 3 books where I write down all my spendings, and being fined once for forgetting to bring said book, and currently still being barred from bubble teas and maggie mee for 2 weeks for forgetting to write down my expenditures, I've saved $15! And those are all the coins... =( 15 measley dollars after so many weeks... Bah...

And, even before I think of what to spend them on (which btw, would have totally been something from taobao, since after conversion, the $15 would become $75), I have something that I need to buy... =(

And, nope, it's not even to pay for seeing a doctor after that fall on the escalator... (=,=)

Wanna know what it is? A replacement charger for my DSLR... Haiz... Long story short, it got lost during my FYP... And I totally didn't check the bag when I got it back, since I figured that we are all responsible (sort of) almost-adults, everything would be as it was when I passed it to them... And, didn't check when I reached home... And didn't check till my sister needed the camera for school work... I went around searching for the charger in school today (meaning the DAV and Print Lab), and asked Kenneth and Taufik if anyone had found a charger... No news... Haiz...

Now, forking out $60 (I think) to pay for a replacement charger... And that's if the price is correct from the Olympus website... I'm going to Sim Lim to check out the prices tomorrow... Haiz... Save $15, paying $60... I wonder why I always overspend... Anyway, gonna do my FYP ppt now... Since tmr would be a full day... (=,=)

What a day~

Ok, let's see... How to describe...

It was planned that Karen, Sky and I would meet for breakfast before going to the open house today... Since OH would start at 9am, I planned that I would meet Karen at 6.30am at Hougang, then meet Sky at 7am at Ang Mo Kio... But, as usual, overslept, and was late... Seriously, I'm super thankful that Sky don't mind that...

Ended up we reached Woodlands at around 7.45am... Couldn't decide on where to eat, so ended up back at Mac... Ate Fillet O' Fish Meal, same as Sky, while Karen ate Big Breakfast... Walked to school at around 8.30am...

At first it's kinda boring, cuz there's not much people around... After a while, more members of Happy Corner arrived... Borrowed Shafiq's laptop to play Machinarium again... Haha~ Addicted to it...

Oh ya, Linus actually remembers the Hex Decimal to hack Bejeweled... WTF! It's like a long stirng of Alphanumeric number sia... And, who the hell hacks Bejeweled?!

After a while, Sky's brother reached RP... Sky and I went to Agora North to find him, and we thought to go to Booklink to buy Sky's new mouse... But then, after collecting Bo Wei (Sky's brother), we went to Booklink, only to realize that it's not opened... And Sky had already thrown away his mouse... Lol~

Anyway, back at Sky's & Linus's booth, I settled down to play Machinarium again... Lol... After a while, Bo Wei told Sky that he wants to walk around, and cuz Sky has to stay at his booth, I became Tour Guide of the day! Lol~ Walked to OSG there (hC area), but there's nothing to see, so we went on ahead to SAS, where we took our first look within the Human Anatomy Museum... Like nothing sia... Haha~ Ate some Mango Ice Cream from a SAS booth... I love Mango Ice Cream~

Actually, we seriously just walked around the entire school... Then, played Sudoku, cuz I saw that the prize is a 3x3 Rubiks Cube... Sky said he gave his 3x3 to his uncle, so I thought I should try to win it... Got the Rubiks Cube, but not cuz I was the shortest record holder... Cuz I was friendly~ Haha!

Anyway, after that, went back to the booth, and then Bo Wei said that he want to go get the Goodie Bag, I went along, then got a Goodie bag as well~ Haha~~~ I still look like I'm 16 ok!!! HAHA!!! Yay~ Aiya~ But nth much inside leh... After that, cuz he's interested to see what IGs we have, we went to play at the Colour Booths... Played at all 20 booths! Haha~ Lucky draw-ed 4 times... Haha~ Nothing much though...

Went the long way back, and played more games... Haha~

At around 5+pm going to 6pm, we started packing... Had so much fun!! Haha~ Oh ya!!! I had a push cart ride for the first time today!!!!! AHAHAHA!!!! AND!!! THE MAIN FUN EVENT!!!

SOH's balloons were our aim after we kept all those equipments, and after we got permission, THE HUGE BALLOON GATEWAY WAS OURS FOR POPPING!!!!!

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Went crazy for about 30mins... Haha~!!!!!!! Damn fun!!! The SOH facis asked my name, and which school I am from, then they say, they will never allow their kids to join SIT no matter what... Cuz will turn crazy... HAHA!!! 臭名远扬 sia... HAHA!!! I think our SIT facis also wanted to pretend that they dunno us... LOL!

After that, we roamed around school like scavengers trying to get Goodie Bags, which was an unsuccessful hunting trip btw, and then walked back to Causeway Point... We were thinking if we should go home straight away, but I wanted to spend more time with Sky, so I suggested that we go to Civic there to sit and chat... Actually, that's just part of the reason, but I guess the other reason didn't really work out...

I don't know how I'm supposed to feel... I know by writing, that he is retroactive... But I dun really want to ask... Cuz, I dun like to be told what to do... I don't like to obey someone that I thought is not that good!!!! Aiya... Dunno what I writing already... I dunno how to act or behave when it comes to situation like this... Karen says I shouldn't just listen to what she said, so I thought I would have the other side of the story today, ended up can't even hear... Nvm... Dunno what le... Haiz...

Grudges

Sometimes, I really wonder if I bare too many grudges...

I know there's the term Forgive and Forget, but then again, I prefer Sky's explanation for it...

Forgive myself for trusting them and allowing them to deceive me, and then forget their existence...

I have no idea how many freaking times I have repeated this, but, there are only 2 kinds of person you can be to me... Oh wait, 3 kinds now!

*Drum roll*

Introducing a new category of human being in my life!

SKY! (LOL! HAHA! Wasted all your enthusiasm...)

Ok, back to the topic... There are only 3 possible kinds of person you can be to me... Sky, Friends or Enemies...

First off, there will only be 1 person in the Sky category, so, majority of you are out for the count... In fact, there's only Sky in the Sky. LOL! (I can imagine you all going "Whatever~"... Haha!)

Ok, so, you are now either my friend or my enemy... It is quite easy to become my friend, because almost everyone I meet is in that category until I have reason to move them to the enemy category...

Obviously, there are sub categories within Friends as well... But, we've already talked about it in another post in whichever blog I've posted it in... So, if your ranking is pretty high within Friends, it'll take a lot to shake you from Friends to Enemies, as per logic would suggest...

And finally, there's the Enemies category... Oh, in case you're wondering, enemies does not mean nemesis... It's just that I don't like you, that's all... It takes quite a fair bit to be categorized into Enemies... And, being the 0 or 1 person that I usually am, there are seldom second chances... And, if I start thinking in the sense that I can't trust you anymore, you are more probably than not already in this category, with little hope of ever getting a chance to 咸鱼翻身, meaning that most probably than not, you won't get a chance to turn over a new leaf in my book... (I'm saving paper, you see...)

So, back to what I was wondering... Do I really bear too many grudges? But, if I don't remember the people who had already hurt (in any of the trillion ways that's available {I sound like a sales person}) me, how am I suppose to learn, and get immunity from getting hurt again? Where's my anti-hurt shield gonna come from? I learn from the lesson, and distrust them, therefore, resulting in me never getting hurt by them anymore! That makes sense, perfectly...

So... Am I right to bear grudges, or not? And, yes, I AM petty~ I will try to remember the sentences you said, and try to return them to you some day or another... Beware~



On a lighter note though, I enjoyed my two days with Sky~ Even though the floor was hard, and sometimes cold, having you around beat my bed... Haha~ I'm sorry for distracting you from your fyp though... And, I should already be asleep by now, and I'm ready to collapse, but, I'm stoning again~ Haha~ And, No, you did not make me suffer, I opted to stay even though you kept mentioning how comfortable my bed would be, as compared to the floor...

Cuz he have to do FYP, and he's thonning in school to rush his work for Open House Presentation... =( I might be going home straight after class, like the Guai Kia that I am... LOL! Then faster go sleep, faster Wednesday come...

Wednesday, no class, but bloody hell! Got UT! But nvm... Ah Hwei coming down to sch to use scanner... Lol~
